The Evolution by Edge connects directly into the OBDII port underneath the dash. Once connected the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the trucks ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily be switched back to stock at any time.

The Evolution was created with a small lightweight design that allows personalized control with the touch of a button. With a backlit LCD screen, seeing and reading codes has been made simple. The unit not only displays codes, but also displays a description of what these codes mean, which eliminates copying the code down and then finding a manual to look them up. Note: Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.

The Evolution programmer has the ability to remove / adjust your vehicle’s factory speed limiter. Removal and or adjustment of the factory speed limiter is intended for use at a closed circuit, legally sanctioned racing track or environment. Even if racing in a legally sanctioned racing environment, it is your responsibility to ensure your tires and other vehicle components are rated to travel at increased speeds with the speed limiter removed/adjusted. If you remove / adjust the speed limiter during highway driving, it is your responsibility to obey all driving laws, including adhering to posted speed limits. The Evolution allows you to monitor the performance of your engine’s vital engine components and output values. The following parameters can be displayed on the main screen (maximum 4 at one time): Below is a list and description of each:

• MPH (miles per hour) – Note: Dash display may be +/-3 MPH off from the digital display due to mechanical differences in the spring, etc. used to control the gauge.

The Edge Juice With Attitude is a highly sophisticated package capable of dramatically improving your Ford 7.3 liter’s driveability, towing, mileage and, most importantly, POWER. The Juice module is a completely weatherproof module that installs underneath the hood. Using factory-style connections in just 30-40 minutes you can add five levels of adjustable power ranging from 25 to 75 horsepower and increase torque up to 200 ft. lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.

When used in conjunction with the Attitude monitor you can control the five power levels on the fly from inside your truck. The Attitude displays all the information a set of gauges would and will automatically monitor exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and de-fuel the engine to prevent excessive EGT. Imagine one simple 30-40 minute installation and you get incredible power gains, an increase in mileage and the equivalent of a complete set of gauges!
