WARN 4wd Hubs feature a strong, corrosion resistant, die cast alloy body. Precision tolerances result in lengthened hub life, increased contact area and reduced driveline lash. For maximum durability, all WARN Hubs use a 4140 chrome moly steel inner drive gear and clutch ring which combine for a durable, high-strength hub. It's all protected from the elements by high quality gaskets or O-rings on all mating surfaces. |
PREMIUM MANUAL HUBSThe Warn Premium Hub is a no compromise hub designed for the hardcore off-road or truck owner who will accept nothing less than the industry standard in performance. The all metal construction and ZA Alloy dial ensure years of reliable functioning. This dial requires a full 9/10ths of a turn to ensure positive engagement of the inner drive gear to the clutch ring. To make sure they stay engaged, Warn premium hubs use a thick internal wave spring and heavy dial detents. Warn knows the premium hubs will be used hard, so they build them to last. Both premium and standard carry a lifetime warranty from Warn. Sold in pairs. |
STANDARD MANUAL HUBSWarn Standard Hubs are the ideal choice for OEM hub replacement. These are the same basic hubs Warn has supplied to OEMs around the world. Warn standard hubs share many features with our premium hubs such as: 4140 steel clutch ring and inner drive gear, precision cast hub body . Warn's standard hubs are available in three styles to fit most 4WD vehicles: Internal Mount, External Mount and Flange Mount.

Full - Time four wheel drive
unless used in conjunction with transfer case conversion kit.
Part - Time 4WD - Refers to a 4x4 four wheel drive system that operates on-demand and drives all four wheels by locking front and rear axles together via a hand shift lever on the floor. It usually includes two speed ranges (Hi and Lo). Part-time 4WD systems must be operated in 2WD mode on dry pavement, as they're designed to only be used in specific situations when extra traction is required. Full - Time 4WD - Full time four wheel drive is a system that powers all four wheels at all times. Full Time four wheel drive system can be operated continuously on all surfaces. A full-time four wheel drive system may include the option of part-time operation and may or may not have Hi and Lo speed ranges. |
